Each week, we published a new Signal Smart Tip to help you level up your finances and improve financial literacy on a multitude of different topics. Don’t worry if you missed them the first time, you can find all four videos here.
Credit Union 101: Increase your involvement in financial institutions by becoming an owner of a credit union through membership enrollment and serving as a volunteer leader!

Branch Roadshow
We also held events each week at our different branch locations, where we offered in-person resources and education on different aspects of finance.
City Center: During our Roadmap to Financial Empowerment event, Senior Branch Manager Etsegenet Zamanuel spoke with individuals and answered questions pertaining to credit unions and their offerings.
Kensington: At our Understanding Your Credit seminar, SVP of Consumer and Real Estate Lending Said Halim and Consumer Lending Underwriter Maritza Gutierrez talked about all things credit and answered questions in a Q&A session.
One Loudoun: During our Family Financial Planning event, VP of Member Experience Nick Moreland spoke with individuals about how families can plan, save, and invest in their financial futures.
Leisure World: Our Maintaining a Diversified Portfolio in Retirement seminar was a can’t miss session. Financial Advisor Tom Turner talked about all things retirement finances and answered questions in a Q&A session.
